CPD Seminars

The CPA regularly hosts series of nationwide seminars, which are approved by the Construction CPD Certification Service and are normally free of charge. These seminars provide a a means of disseminating valuable technical information to decision makers in the construction industry.

The CPA assisted the Highways Agency in the preparation of the following document:  Volume 3 Section 3 Part 3 deals with Cathodic protection for use in reinforced concrete highway structures. Copies are freely downloadable from the Highways Agencies website. Click here

Standards for Repair and Protection of Concrete

New British Standards for concrete repair resulting from Europe wide standardisation are being introduced. In an industry that has previously operated without standards, the arrival of mandatory British Standards is very significant.  Useful updates on the introduction and progress on the standards is available as free downloads on this website "Publications".
